The date or time slot might not be available. Either it has been booked by somebody else or the time is not available due to private appointements. Please do reach out to us on our email hello(at)olalab.agency - we will look if we can move things around (but we can't guarantee!)

OLA LAB has partnered up with Stripe and we are proud of offer you a secure payement with your credit card online. We can also provide a "tikkie" upon request. 

Overall, we do appreciate online payements or bank transfer than cash payement.  

We understand that life can sometimes become busy. You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your booking and you will receive your 15€ deposit back. If you decide to cancel your booking after the 48 hrs "free cancelation period", you will lose your deposit.  

If you agree straight away for a new booking date, we can be flexible with the deposit, otherwise you would need to book again on our platform with a deposit.
